I’m in one of those times now…
So what do you do?
Force yourself….to play….
You thinking that wasn’t helpful
but here is the helpful part….
Force yourself to play only for 5 minutes…
yeah I know…
Only 5 minutes, you ask…
Yep..that’s exactly what I am saying…
pick it up for 5 minutes
OK….you gonna play for 5 minutes….
yeah…I’m foolin you…cause I bet you you won’t just play for five minutes…lol…
But set that aside for a moment….
Five minutes is better than no minutes…
So let’s turn the page…
What are you gonna play?
you gonna play a go to routine….
Have a go to routine so you don’t have to think. I either use JustinGuitar’s practice method online or the paperback version. Or I go grab the Vandio app for singing or the Uberchord App for guitar playing.
I don’t have to think…
Yeah…this ain’t best….
But it is better than nothing….
A whole lot better than nothing…
So go head and create your goto 5 minutes routine…
A song you like to play that energizes you…
An exercise…
And then go head and then you have done something…
Always….Always…Always do something.
